The Four Pathways to Future Ready
Abstract
There are four distinct pathways to becoming future ready. Companies can become future ready on any of the pathways, and even pursue multiple pathways so long as they are effectively coordinated. Success requires vision, planning, a common language, and organization-wide commitment. This video explores the four pathways and shares case examples for each.
