Organizational IT of the Future
Abstract
Today, information technology is everywhere in the organization. Our interviews with 40 CIOs of global organization pointed to six forces, primarily the proliferation of AI and the blurring of lines between IT and the business, that are driving change. The environment is challenging for businesses, but it offers new opportunities. In our research, we hypothesize IT operating models that will add more value in this dynamic environment, and who will benefit.
